The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver patient care with a focus on safety, quality, and compassion.- Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and maintain accurate medical records.- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.- Adapt to various patient conditions and needs, including floating to different units as required.- Utilize the EPIC charting system for documentation and communication. Requirements: - Valid New York State nursing license in hand.- Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience with the ability to handle patient ratios typical for a night shift environment.- Demonstrated experience with EPIC charting is mandatory.- Previous charge experience is preferred.- Willingness to float to different units and provide coverage as needed. Unit Details: - Patient demographics and diagnoses may vary, so adaptability and comprehensive care approaches are essential.- Candidates should be knowledgeable about special procedures and equipment utilized within the unit.
