Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
• Collaborate with leadership across multiple business units
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering growth and development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
