The Corporate Returns Inventory Support is responsible for facilitating vendor product returns and collections.

- Monday - Friday: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Education
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Experience
- One year of previous office related work
- Training - Minimum of one month on-the-job training required

Returns Support Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Building professional relationships with vendors and reps to grow company relationships
- Managing collections, monthly checks, and balances for DNP, Credit, Force Deducts
- Continuously improving processes and procedures
- Entering and monitoring shipment of skids with RMAs back to vendors
- Understanding processes for Corporate Returns and filling in as needed for managers and staff
- Managing daily inventory sheets, updating reports for bulk RMAs
- Coordinating product returns to warranty sites via daily communication with vendors
- Monitoring reports to ensure goals are on track
- Developing system enhancements for warranty returns
- Monitoring and modifying Return Allowance Agreements with purchasing staff
- Maintaining high standards in vendor returns processes through communication and policy updates
- Tracking data on Scratch-n-Dent and warranty inventory sites and their dollar values
- Working with vendors to supply hardware
- Defining S&D product descriptions
- Providing backup for Inventory Control teams across the country and Canada
