Position SummaryAnalyze sales data to ensure warehouses are stocked with the correct inventory levels and products. Work with sales and operations group on overstock and non-moving inventory to reduce expired products and financial loss. Conduct analyses of inventory levels and coordinates with production and sales requirements. Focus on meeting project commitments, executes testing, planning, implementation of complex projects that typically affect end users. Communication with Operations and Sales will be a very important aspect for this position.

Communication with Operations and Sales will be a very important aspect for this position.Responsibilities

• Work with the branches to establish inventory per levels based on sales.
• Executes planning and/or implementation of projects. May participate in testing.
• Manage the Return Authorization process at the branch level for all product returns.
• Work cross-functionally with sales/operations to solve problems and implement changes.
• Work with the Sales Team to determine disposition of expired products, non-moving and obsolete items.
• Responsible for managing daily, weekly and monthly reporting for Branch Operations.
• Create reporting for special projects when needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum five years Inventory Analysis or Inventory Control
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in reporting is required.
• Must be proficient in Excel (i.e. Pivot Tables, V-look ups, Macros and functions/formulas)
• JDE application or similar software required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
