Since our opening in 1999, Elegant Gardens has grown to meet the gardening and landscaping needs of most of eastern Ventura County. We provide landscaping materials to contractors and have developed a loyal clientele over the years. Situated on a twenty-acre parcel below the Reagan Presidential Library, our nursery offers a wide selection of plants and landscaping materials. We serve customers extending from the San Fernando Valley to Santa Barbara. Our family consists of three teams: sales, production, and maintenance, all committed to delivering the very best to our customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Moorpark, CA. The Sales Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensure customer satisfaction, and work closely with other departments to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include managing sales team performance, developing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Team Lead will also analyze sales data, conduct team meetings, and train new staff members.

Qualifications

• Team Management and Communication skills
• Familiarity with Cashiering
• Sales and Analytical skills
• Experience in sales leadership or similar roles
• Ability to work on-site in Moorpark, CA
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
