Whether you're a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a Registered Nurse (RN), your role is essential in supporting patient wellness and contributing to a collaborative care environment.**Responsibilities Include:**+ Escorting patients to exam rooms and obtaining accurate vital signs+ Documenting patient information and updating medication lists in the EMR+ Administering medications safely and transcribing physician orders accurately+ Assisting with treatments, procedures, and patient education+ Performing pre-visit planning and reviewing quality metrics+ Completing referrals and tracking patient compliance+ Monitoring and responding to provider-assigned tasks+ Ensuring proper labeling and handling of patient specimens+ Maintaining a clean and safe work environment+ Participating in daily patient care huddles and team collaboration+ Reinforcing patient and family teaching and providing clinical visit summaries**What You Will Need:****For LPNs:**+ Current NYS license to practice as a Practical Nurse+ Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing+ High School diploma or GED+ Ability to lift 20 lbs**For RNs:**+ Current unencumbered NYS RN license+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred+ High School diploma or GED+ Basic Life Support certification+ Minimum 6 months of RN experience+ Ability to lift 20 lbs**Compensation:**+ **LPN Pay Range:** $23.85 - $29.95/hour+ **RN Pay Range:** $30.00 - $43.50/hour _Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
