Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment. Load and unload materials to and from designated areas. Follow site safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. What Are We Looking For. Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and productive manner. Strong awareness of safety practices and procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
