Autonomously provides high-quality care to patients in their homes. Visit types to include: Hospital at Home, Urgent Care, Primary Care and Palliative Care. Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm. Average of 4-6 patients per day, must be able to flex schedule as needs arise Travel Radius: 25 miles of Iowa Methodist Medical Center. Shared call among the providers at a rotation of 1:3 or 1:4 (Triaged through My. Nurse). Call included weekend visits (paid on a per-unit basis). Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care. Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills. Qualifications. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with preferred ICU, ED, or Critical Care experience. Board Certified. Hold a valid Driver's License. Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary...Nurse Practitioner, Home, Healthcare
