- Salary - $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 based on education and experience.

Your Role as a Clinical Psychologist
- Support Families Through Counseling & Education - Provide family counseling, support, and education to help caregivers better understand and assist their children's developmental and emotional needs.
- Offer Classroom & Crisis Support - Consult with classroom teams and provide crisis management services to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
- Conduct & Supervise Assessments - Perform and oversee psychological assessments to determine students' needs and strengths, guiding intervention planning.
- Document Student Needs & Progress - Prepare written reports outlining students' needs, treatment strategies, goals, and objectives; maintain accurate progress records.
- Collaborate Across Teams - Actively participate in IRB committees, interdisciplinary team meetings, clinical team meetings, and Greenspan meetings to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide Staff Training - Deliver psychoeducational training to staff members as needed to support student success and professional growth.
- Develop Emotional Learning Curriculum - Contribute to the creation and implementation of social-emotional curriculum that supports students' development.
- Stay Current in the Field - Attend staff development sessions and continuing education programs to maintain professional competence.
- Mentor Future Psychologists - Supervise and train psychology students to support their clinical development and professional readiness.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D/Psy.D in Clinical, Counseling from an accredited institution.
- Valid NYS License and State Certification.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with students, staff, and parents.
