\n- Direct daily refrigeration maintenance operations, minimizing operational costs, and implementing key performance indicators and measurements to optimize efficiencies.
\n- Manage preventative maintenance schedules, assigning work priorities.
\n- Direct repairs of refrigeration equipment and ammonia systems.
\n- Ensure regulatory compliance related to hazmat, PSM, HACCP, health & safety, environmental standards and equipment operations.
\n- Develop team's technical systems, and predictive & preventative maintenance knowledge.
\n- Prevent and control operational downtime.
\n- All other relevant duties as assigned. indhp

\n- College or technical degree preferred.
\n- 5+ years leadership and management experience within a similar maintenance environment required.
\n- 5+ years experience with refrigeration systems, boilers, high pressure water systems and PSMs required.
\n- Excellent communication skills.
\n- Advanced knowledge and proficiency with technology and computers.
\n
