Lockheed Martin is seeking a forward-thinking Operations Research Analyst to join our Operations Analysis (OA) team within the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) business area. In this role, you will support the analysis, modeling, and simulation of Electronic Warfare systems and scenarios that influence how future military operations are planned and executed. As a part of our OA team, you will:

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, or Computer Science with 2 years of professional experience, or a related Master's Degree with no experience. Proficiency in C++ and Python programming languages, with experience in developing and applying analytical models and simulations. Experience with modeling and simulation tools, techniques, and methodologies, with a focus on Electronic Warfare systems and scenarios. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government security clearance at the Secret level. Must be a US Citizen. This position requires the ability to travel up to 10%.
Desired Skills: Military operational experience, particularly in Electronic Warfare (EW). Experience with programming languages such as R, MATLAB, or Excel VBA. Modeling & Simulation experience, including familiarity with tools such as AFSIM, Cameo, or System Modeling Language (SysML). Familiarity with Operations Analysis tools such as System Tool Kit (STK), Command Professional Edition (PE), and/or ExtendSim. Experience with version control systems like Git/Gitlab. Familiarity with Agile practices and execution. Experience with data visualization and analysis tools. Strong understanding of EW systems, tactics, and techniques, with a desire to apply analytical skills to support EW operations.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
