This position supports Social Impact, within Link Logistics'. The cross-firm role supports event and program logistics, collecting engagement data and analyzing engagement for related trends with community development and D&I programming. Reporting to the Head of Social Impact, this individual will help collect, refresh and organize engagement data and related communications across various virtual and in-person programs.
The role requires an individual who can roll their sleeves up and build programs while listening and incorporating feedback or insights from across the business. Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the following: setting up logistics for virtual programming, drafting communications, interviewing or identifying colleagues to be recognized in program communications, streamlining data collection for related programs, maintaining a reporting repository, regularly updating intranet and resource files, supporting new hire onboarding and office hours, managing internal stakeholders partnering with external partners or consultants, participating in cross-functional projects, and helping evolve the overarching strategy by making recommendations leveraging insights and data. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, is not afraid of ambiguity or change, and is able to think big while remaining focused on current priorities and delivering results. This role requires someone with experience managing large sets of sporadic data and understand the power of communicating trends and updates as a strategy.
Responsibilities$80,000 - $104,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
