The Senior Director of Marketing Science is responsible for developing enterprise-wide measurement frameworks focused on both short- and long-term revenue impacts, and leading the creation of predictive models and actionable insights that maximize marketing ROI. The Sr. Director oversees incrementality testing, attribution modeling, and marketing mix modeling to optimize spend allocation and enhance marketing effectiveness. By identifying lead flow challenges and opportunities across geographies, verticals, and segments, this role provides critical analyses that shape broader sales and marketing strategies. Leading and mentoring a high-performance team the Sr. Director champions a data-driven culture essential to sustained marketing success and revenue growth.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a new marketing science function, responsible for data to fuel marketing performance and business growth
  • Develop marketing wide measurement frameworks for marketing performance measurement, heavily focused on short- and long-term revenue impacts
  • Drive predictive models and reactive insights to enable timely and data informed actions that maximize marketing ROI
  • Lead incrementality testing, attribution modeling, and marketing mix modeling, to inform spend allocation and performance optimization
  • Surface lead flow issues and opportunities, across geographies, verticals, and segments
  • Provide analyses on broader sales and marketing metrics to inform marketing strategy
  • Build and lead a high-performance team of marketing scientists

What you'll bring:

Required:

  • 8-12 years of proven marketing analytics leadership, ideally in marketing science
  • Advanced grasp of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and scenario planning
  • Deep understanding of B2B software funnel metrics and dynamics
  • Strong proficiency in working with data warehouses with high degree of comfort writing SQL and building analytics

Where you will work:

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement based out of our Holmdel office, with the flexibility to work remotely. We are also open to considering fully remote candidates located within the United States.
