Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Take ownership of end-to-end project management, leveraging Agile principles, from initiation to closure, ensuring objectives are met with excellence, timelines are adhered to, and project budgets are actively monitored and controlled.

Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand their needs, communicate progress, and manage expectations.

Team Coordination: Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and other specialists, to ensure smooth project execution.

Scope Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, monitor progress, and adapt as needed to meet project goals.

Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the final product meets and exceeds quality standards through meticulous testing and validation.

Sales Support: Collaborate with Sales and Delivery Managers to develop high-quality Statements of Work (SoWs), proposals, and other commercial documentation. Contribute to deal shaping by providing delivery insights and risk identification to support successful and profitable engagements.

Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our technology stack and solutions to facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, records, and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or PMP Certification
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in the technology or software development domain.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• A passion for innovation and a desire to stay current with emerging technologies
• Professional working proficiency in Dutch, German, and English
• Nice to have: experience with the Atlassian stack
