Project Scheduler

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Scheduler to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across our portfolio. This role plays a key part in developing and maintaining accurate project schedules, tracking progress, identifying risks, and supporting on-time project delivery. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Tasks:

  • Create, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software and internal systems.
  • Coordinate the assignment of field personnel and subcontractors based on project timelines and site needs.
  • Monitor project progress, identify scheduling conflicts or delays, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Operations and Engineering leads to align resource availability and project priorities.
  • Track milestones, maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, and ensure all scheduling information is current.
  • Assist in coordinating logistics, meeting planning, and other administrative support tied to project delivery.
  • Respond to last-minute changes with professionalism, adjusting schedules as needed while minimizing disruption.

Required Experience and Education:

  • Experience in scheduling, administrative coordination, or project support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Microsoft Project); familiarity with project management or scheduling tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting logistics, operations, or field service scheduling.
  • Background in construction, manufacturing, or automation environments.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Leadership, or a related field is preferred.
