Are you passionate about leading change and inspiring teams to embrace new ways of working? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to join the Value Co-Creation (VCC) Enterprise Program Team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of enterprise transformation - driving engagement, fostering alignment, and enabling adoption of new operating models across the American Express product development lifecycle. You'll serve as a key connector across business, product, and technology teams, helping to shape how we plan, collaborate, and deliver value. This is a highly visible role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on change leadership.
The Program Manager will be a member of the VCC Enterprise Program Team (EPT), which operates cross-functionally to lead the overall transformation, including the design and delivery of change management, education, and communications to ensure successful adoption of the new ways of working. Key to the overall program's success will be the partnerships formed across Technology, Business and Product leaders, as well as portfolio and planning teams, engaging them in the design and implementation of new processes and techniques.
