We're seeking an exceptional public service professional to join our team as a Customer Service/Clerk Specialist. You'll put your stellar communication abilities to work answering calls, assisting residents in person, and liaising with internal departments. Variety is the name of the game - no two days will look the same. You'll help process payments, licenses, and permits; assist with elections; help customers get what they need; and handle other duties for the Treasurer and City Clerk Departments. We'll leverage your can-do attitude and customer service savvy to keep city operations running smoothly.
