The RoleWe're seeking a Head of Provider Growth to own marketing, sourcing, vetting, and onboarding of our elite dual-certified coaches (personal trainers + registered dietitians).
This senior, cross-functional leadership role spans operations, product, marketing, and people management. You'll shape the supply-side engine of Kickoff, ensuring that clients have access to the best experts in the world.

Play a key leadership role:
- Supply-side or SMB growth experience: Marketing, product-led growth, and conversion optimization expertise.
- Product and operational chops: Able to design and optimize processes, collaborate with tech teams, and bring ideas from concept to execution.
- Data fluency: Comfortable using metrics, surveys, and SQL (with AI assistance) to drive prioritization and decisions.
- Startup mindset: You're an ownercomfortable with ambiguity, scrappy testing, rapid iteration, and big swings.
- Mission-driven energy: You're passionate about health, wellness, and making an impact.
- Collaborative spirit: Excited to work in person with our team in SoHo, NYC.
Nice To Have- Experience in healthcare, provider networks, and/or recruitment/marketing.
- Experience in product management or design.
- Prior success building high-performance teams and communities.
$170,000 - $210,000 a year
Plus 0.75% to 1.25% equity
