What You'll Do:As a Grocery Stocker at Festival Foods, your responsibilities will include: Provide Helpful Service: Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do. Whether it's a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, you'll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day. Stock & Display: Be part of the team stocking our aisles. Ensure products are fresh, in-date, properly rotated, and well-stocked. Offer Assistance: Help guests locate products on and off the sales floor, providing product suggestions and alternatives when appropriate. Receiving & Inventory Support: Unload deliveries, organize stock, and maintain accurate inventory levels. Collaboration: Work closely with the Grocery Department Manager and collaborate with Grocery associate team to meet goals.
