As an LPN, you will play a critical role in our continued mission to provide quality healthcare that protects the rights, dignity, and health of our unique patient population. Duties and responsibilities may include and not be limited to:Performing comprehensive patient assessments to determine eligibility for MAT, including medical history, substance use history, mental health evaluation, and physical examination. Administering MAT medications as prescribed, ensuring proper dosing, and monitoring for adverse effects and drug interaction. Educating patients about MAT medications, potential side effects, and the importance of medication adherence, addressing misconceptions and stigma. Monitoring patients in the induction, stabilization, and phases of treatment patient ensuring adherence to the program. Maintaining medical records, including entering information into our electronic health record, Tech. Care. Observing patient health and mental health status.
