This leader position is responsible for leading and growing the Sales Development management and sales development representative (SDR) team focused on growing and qualifying customer leads from all verticals within the construction space. The Sr. Director, Sales Development will hire and develop managers and SDRs for AECO worldwide. Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales development strategy aligned with company goals and objectives. Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within target global markets. Both directly and through dotted lines, recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales development management and representatives (SDRs) to effectively prospect, qualify leads, and set appointments for the sales team. Provide ongoing coaching and support to drive individual and team performance, and develop SDR managers to effectively lead SDR teams across different regions.
