Key Responsibilities: Support Personal Shoppers in preparing for and executing client appointments. Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication for client visits. Maintain and update client profiles and preferences to drive long-term engagement. Process transactions accurately at the POS and assist with returns and exchanges. Track client orders and manage post-appointment follow-ups (e.g., alterations, thank-you notes)Assist with digital selling efforts and contribute to the teams social media and online presence.
