A Shelf Operator B is responsible for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of process and utility systems, while ensuring safe and efficient production in offshore environments. Responsibilities Start up, operate, monitor, and shut down process and utility systems. Monitor and optimize process parameters (level, flow, temperature, pressure, etc.). Conduct sampling and take action based on results. Troubleshoot to optimize sales quality and delivery volume. Maintain discharge water quality within guidelines. Operate electrical/hydraulic control panels, safety devices, and Fire and Gas Systems. Submit accurate daily production reports as required by company and client. Witness third-party calibrations to verify meter factors and volumes. Prove export oil meters. Operate offshore production facilities according to customer requirements.
