Were seeking an experienced product leader to drive audience targeting and advertising measurement capabilities for our retail media network, Best Buy Ads. This Director of Product Management - Audience & Measurement role is pivotal in delivering performance-driven solutions powered by first-party data and closed-loop attribution. Youll own the roadmap for measurement and audience products, collaborate cross-functionally, and build scalable tools that meet the needs of brand advertisers, media buyers, and internal teams. Your work will shape how we activate customer, product, and transaction data, measure outcomes across channels, and differentiate our media offerings in a competitive landscape.
