The Zone Team Leader (ZTL) is required to provide guidance and direction for the successful operation of a particular zone of the overall retail sales floor of a store location. The ZTL oversees a team that is passionate about merchandising and selling merchandise, as well as ensuring an exceptional associate and customer experience. Responsibilities include all aspects of merchandising, and customer service oversight. Primary Responsibilities: Successfully execute established procedures for their assigned store zone, which includes but is not limited to, merchandising including power aisle compliance, MOS/ GVC/ Ollie's Follies, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery. Ensure that store standards, Ops Center compliance, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations.
