- Serve as the first point of contact for all benefits-related questions and concerns.
- Assist with benefits enrollment, including preparing and distributing enrollment materials, conducting employee meetings, and processing enrollment forms.
- Track and maintain accurate records of employee benefits participation, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security and privacy of employee benefit data.
