Job Description- Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through closeout.
- Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics to ensure safety, efficiency, and budget adherence.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact, liaising between project managers, engineers, architects, and owners.
- Uphold and enforce OSHA 30 standards and site safety protocols.
- Maintain daily reports, schedules, and documentation.

The Successful Applicant- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent managing ground-up construction projects valued at $20M+.
- Strong portfolio in multifamily, healthcare, educational (K-12 & higher ed), and civic construction.
- Proven leadership on complex job sites with multiple trades.
- OSHA 30 certification is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
