Companion Care Needed

I'm looking for backup care for my father in his 80s. He has early stage dementia and is currently able to care for himself. May need prompting to shower and remain active. Medication management is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets.
