The base pay will be determined by your skills and experience, and you'll also have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on team performance.

About the Role:

As a Wellness Licensed Nurse, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a supportive physical, social, and psychological environment for residents.
  • Monitoring and assessing residents' health and well-being while implementing physician-prescribed treatment plans.
  • Coordinating with healthcare providers and pharmacies to ensure seamless continuity of care.
  • Regularly evaluating treatment responses and updating the resident care coordinator or executive director on any issues.

Qualifications: A valid LPN or LVN license is required per state regulations.
