What You'll Do:

As a Nursing Assistant Trainee, you will engage in comprehensive hands-on training and mentorship to develop critical caregiving skills. This position allows you to earn while you learn from seasoned healthcare professionals. Prepare for the Certified Nursing Assistant exam through classroom education, practical lab experiences, and clinical training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in training programs to understand healthcare protocols and procedures.
  • Learn and perform essential nursing skills under professional supervision.
  • Assist nursing staff in delivering daily care to residents.
  • Support residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and grooming.
