Job SummaryThe Senior Analyst, Contract Sales Enablement will join a team that will be responsible for helping Sysco transform how we enable our contract sales organizations in North America through industry-leading best practices and tools. This role is part of the National Sales Execution team and works closely with the Sr. Managers, Contract Sales Enablement. Specifically, this role will be responsible for supporting the development and ongoing enhancement of the sales processes for the National and Field Contract Sales team, helping to estimate potential value (growth and profitability) within contract business, support technology definition requirements and design, and build training content to enable National Sales Strategy in our field contract sales organization
Duties and ResponsibilitiesHigh School diploma or equivalent
Education PreferredBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field of study or equivalent job experience
Experience Required4 years of experience working in sales enablement, data analysis, and/or research
Experience PreferredPrevious foodservice experience, specifically in multi-unit sales; Experience in applying change management and adoption methods
