The role of a Home Instead Care Professional is vital in enhancing the lives of seniors and enriching our communities. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as full or part-time Care Professionals. In this position, you will provide essential non-medical services that enable seniors to stay in their homes, ensuring they face the challenges of aging with grace and comfort.

We offer flexible schedules, allowing you to work as few as 4 hours a day up to a full 40-hour work week. Responsibilities include:

• Providing companionship through engaging conversation and activities
• Assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and laundry
• Preparing and organizing nutritious meals, grocery shopping, and running errands
• Helping clients remember their medications
• Assisting with personal care including bathing, dressing, and mobility

No prior healthcare experience is necessary. Home Instead is committed to equipping each Care Professional with the training and support needed to excel in their role. Through a combination of classroom, online, and in-home training, we ensure you feel confident and well-prepared to meet the unique needs of each client.

Requirements to be a Care Professional include:

• A genuine desire to treat and care for seniors with dignity and respect
• Effective and friendly communication skills
• Proven reliability and trustworthiness
• Completion of a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
• A valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
• Must be at least 18 years old
