How will you contribute to the team?

• Receives, audits, and codes invoices in Oracle ERP.
• Reviews Purchase Orders and creates and updates Payment Applications.
• Enters contract, commercial, and project information into the database.
• Communicates with vendors to request additional backup as required.
• Ensures invoices and funding requests are processed in a timely manner by following up with approvers.
• Reviews and updates the NON-PO accrual file for Plant Accounting.
• Collaborates with project team members and stakeholders.

What will you contribute?

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Data entry experience.
• Must have excellent communication skills.

Expected compensation range is between $60,000 - $80,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location. Upon acceptance of an offer, all candidates must go through a drug screen test and background check. AtkinsRalis is a federal contractor which mandates a satisfactory background screening report and drug test that supersedes state laws.
