WFO Lead Scheduler

The WFO Lead Scheduler plays a key role in supporting the implementation of BD Medication Management Solutions by coordinating resource assignments across the Dispensing & Infusion organization. This position ensures timely and successful project execution through effective scheduling, communication, and collaboration with project managers and regional leaders. The role focuses on operational execution and resource coordination to meet project timelines and customer expectations.

Duration of Employment: This position has a three-year duration, with an anticipated end date of June 30, 2028.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Coordinate and assign resources to implementation projects across the Dispensing organization.
  • Monitor project status and forecasted revenue to support prioritization of resource allocation.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams and leadership to ensure alignment on staffing needs.
  • Support customer satisfaction through timely and accurate scheduling of project resources.
  • Assist in staffing projects ranging from single product lines to large multi-region implementations.
  • Respond to Implementation Timeline requests and collaborate with managers to support the sales process.
  • Apply governance tools (e.g., scope documents, status reports, risk logs) to support scheduling activities.
  • Raise staffing issues and risks to leadership as appropriate.
  • Follow established BD MMS Dispensing & Infusion implementation methodologies and tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience communicating with project teams and leadership to ensure alignment on staffing needs.
  • Willing to work independently of a home office with flexible hours, including some nights and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and at least 21 years of age due to travel requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in scheduling or resource coordination within a technical or systems environment.
  • Experience implementing and supporting healthcare IT software solutions.
  • Knowledge of BD business and hospital systems that integrate with BD products.
  • Experience with capital equipment models and dispensing or infusion software technology.
  • Proficiency in scheduling methodologies and strategic decision-making to support business objectives.
