We are seeking an experienced Admin Generalist/Accounts Payable professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing all invoices for payment, answering vendor inquiries, and managing accounts payable checks, EFTs, and online payments. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to analyze information effectively.
Essential SkillsThe role involves working onsite 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) in Northeast Portland and other days in Tualatin. The work environment includes collaboration with the controller, accounts receivable, outsourced bookkeeping, and accounts payable teams.
