Talented Accounts Payable Associate

We are seeking an experienced Admin Generalist/Accounts Payable professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing all invoices for payment, answering vendor inquiries, and managing accounts payable checks, EFTs, and online payments. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to analyze information effectively.

Essential Skills
  • Strong administrative support and data entry skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • 1-5 years of administrative experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with accounts payable is preferred.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Environment

The role involves working onsite 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) in Northeast Portland and other days in Tualatin. The work environment includes collaboration with the controller, accounts receivable, outsourced bookkeeping, and accounts payable teams. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
