The Secretary/Bookkeeper is responsible for having assignments which are associated with the operation of a school, instructional program, or worksite. S/he will perform a variety of clerical, secretarial, bookkeeper, and other minor administrative functions required for the operation of a school/work site and other instructional programs including but not limited to maintenance of confidential student records, direct contact with students, parents/guardians, and instructional staff.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Qualifications: Any combination of education and experience equivalent of graduation from high school and experience in general administrative support and clerical work. Prior experience in a procurement preferred. Associates degree preferred or three (3) years of experience in general administrative work or support. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the board may require.
