Position: Warehouse Distribution AssociateLocation: Tacoma, WA Pay: $17 to $19/hourExperience: Warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required. Job Description: Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets manually or using equipment (e.g., pallet jacks). Sort, label, and move products to designated storage areas. Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with inventory counts and stocking shelves. Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Position Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime, as needed.
