Job SummaryJoin Chartwells Higher Education as our Resident District Manager at St. John Fisher University in Rochester, N.Y. We're searching for a dedicated professional who will lead a team committed to providing high-quality dining experiences and outstanding service. In this role you will have the opportunity to advise, lead, and collaborate in the daily operations of our large, multi-unit food service program, including our diverse catering operations. The successful candidate will join a strong, experienced team of front-of-house and culinary professionals who have proudly achieved the #1 ranking in Niche for NY state.
The Resident District Manager (RDM) manages the overall dining program including the operational, catering, and culinary teams and serves as the liaison between Chartwells and the University. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans, financial oversight, and the cultivation of strong client relationships to fulfill our mission to nourish the campus community.
