• Licensed by MN State Board of Pharmacy - State Requirement

• Outpatient Pharmacy Experience - Required
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. - Required
• Licensed by MN State Board of Pharmacy - Required
• Proficiency in Epic Willow - Required
