Schedule: Full-time / Monday - Friday Location: 100% in the office, located in Stuart, FL Pay: $16 per hour Nightingale Private Care is a trusted provider of home care services. We are seeking a Receptionist to support our office operations and create a welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors. If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy helping people, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do

  • Answer and route phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Greet and assist all visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Maintain the front desk and reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, copying, filing, scanning, and faxing
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Prepare meeting spaces and support office meetings as needed
  • Assist with training and support for caregivers using the EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) system
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed
What We're Looking For
  • High School diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 2+ years of receptionist or front office experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office software
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Experience in a healthcare or home care setting is a plus, but not required
  • Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
