EHS Coordinator
: Job Details :

Support EHS program initiatives, policies, and practices to drive compliance with regulations and company policies. Assist in ergonomic and Lean process improvements and EHS-related projects. Lead and support training initiatives for assemblers, operators, and technicians. Provide technical guidance and training to employees, customers, and contractors in all areas of environment, health, and safety. Maintain knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and ASTM rules and standards. Facilitate EHS meetings and training; coordinate and manage meetings focusing on injury reduction, injury prevention activities, and continuous improvement. Administer and conduct safety employee engagement activities. Support injury reporting, safety concerns, communication of best practices, and data entry into company systems. Schedule and conduct regular inspections and track closure of identified areas of improvement.
