Job Title: Associate Attorney – Personal Injury Defense

Location: San Francisco, CA & Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid Options Available)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney with 0–6 years of experience in Personal Injury Defense to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury defense matters from inception to resolution
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and reports to clients
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Make court appearances and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers
  • Collaborate with partners and other team members on strategy and litigation planning

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
  • 2–6 years of experience in Personal Injury Defense litigation
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A desire for long-term professional growth and partnership
