Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of Lending Compliance Experience
- Ability to communicate in concise written format with high degree of accuracy
- Ability to complete assigned projects simultaneously, without direct supervision, and by the assigned deadline
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong analytical skills with high compliance requirements.
- Knowledge and understanding of consumer lending products and loans operations.
- Experience working with examiners and internal/external auditors
- Able to achieve certification for Compliance designation (NCCO, CUCE, CRCM) within 1 year.

Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying a Sr. Compliance Specialist for a direct hire opportunity. We are searching for someone with a deep expertise in consumer lending regulations to join a dynamic and mission-driven organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance across lending operations, advising on policy development, and supporting risk mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise on federal and state lending regulations, including Fair Lending.
- Lead compliance testing and issue validation to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls that minimize compliance risk.
- Analyze complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable changes across systems and processes.
- Support the development of strategic compliance initiatives, including testing plans and risk assessments.
- Monitor and report on emerging compliance risks using data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
- Offer consultative guidance to business leaders and contribute to audit and examination readiness.
- Maintain documentation, training materials, and internal resources to support compliance operations.
Compensation:
$29/hr to $35/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
