Senior Client Services Officer
Location: Bethesda, MD (Hybrid: 4 days in-office)
Salary Range: $100K-115k+ (Bonus & Benefits)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Client Services Officer to join a premier wealth management firm. This role focuses on delivering high-touch, personalized services to high-net-worth individuals and families. As a Senior Client Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care, resolving complex inquiries, and managing trust and investment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide white-glove service to investment management and trust clients, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and attention to detail.
- Manage complex client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions while maintaining positive relationships.
- Coordinate with fiduciary officers, investment officers, attorneys, and other professionals to meet client needs.
- Handle account onboarding, money movement, and compliance procedures.
- Support clients with trust account administration, including monitoring balances, transactions, and compliance with trust agreements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and operations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of client service experience in wealth management or trust services, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
- Strong understanding of fiduciary responsibilities and trust administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and trust management software (Fidelity, Schwab, etc.) is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
