Senior PM / Director of Construction - Multifamily

An LA multifamily Developer has acquired a 170-acre master plan community in northern Santa Barbara and is breaking ground a the end of 2025 on the first of 6 phases in the community.

The first phase consists of about 300, garden-style, 3-story, slab-on-grade apartments.

I am looking for a Sr PM/Director of Construction who is local in the Central Coast or willing to relocate there this year.

You will receive a strong basic salary + full benefits and be eligible for a highly competitive annual bonus and an end of project bonus.

I am working to the following time scales :

• Interviews taking place over the next few weeks
• Start work in August 2025
