About the Role

Our client, a global leader in engineering solutions for mission-critical environments, is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to lead process improvements, mentor engineering teams, and work on advanced technologies used in some of the world's toughest environments.

What You'll Do

• Lead new product introduction and process improvement projects in a high-mix/low-volume production setting.
• Establish manufacturing standards and create technical documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
• Evaluate and implement modern manufacturing technologies and capital equipment.
• Serve as a technical mentor and go-to subject matter expert.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives for efficiency and quality gains.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 8+ years in manufacturing engineering—preferably in precision machining.
• Expertise in close-tolerance metal processing (heat treating, forging, casting).
• CAD/CAM skills (NX, SolidWorks, Mastercam preferred).
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• U.S. citizenship required.
