ABOUT THE ROLE
The firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Research Coordinator to support its growing investment team. You'll serve as a key administrative partner, ensuring the team operates seamlessly and efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage complex calendars across time zones for multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate high-volume travel and logistics (domestic and international)
- Process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Handle corporate access coordination: schedule investor meetings, track earnings calls, liaise with company contacts
- Serve as a point of contact for both internal and external communications
- Collaborate closely with the firm's existing support staff to ensure alignment and continuity
WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree required
- Administrative experience, preferably in financial services
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with a calm and resourceful approach
- Experience supporting investment professionals, traders, or analysts is a plus
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset
