Job Title: Brand Manager, Core Luxury

Hours: 40 hours/week

Work Model: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite weekly)

Pay Rate: $41–$46/hr

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 5 months (ending 01/15/2026)

Overview:

The Brand Manager will support the development and execution of marketing strategies for a leading licensed luxury brand portfolio. Working closely with the Brand Director and fellow Brand Managers, this role focuses on project management and marketing analytics to drive commercial success.

As the day-to-day contact for cross-functional teams, the Brand Manager plays a key role in building brand equity and meeting North American business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate multiple data sources into unified summaries and analyze data to generate actionable insights.
  • Manage project workstreams from presentation creation for stakeholder alignment through to deliverable execution.
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing on 360° marketing initiatives, including co-op marketing, permanent and seasonal tools, and budget/sample management.
  • Partner with Sales to identify market and assortment opportunities and develop tools to support growth targets.
  • Work with Corporate licensing teams to uncover growth opportunities and ensure brand standards compliance.
  • Communicate business needs and guidance clearly to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of brand management and commercial marketing experience required; 5+ years preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments including Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Corporate teams.
  • Proficient in Excel (basic formulas and pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Teams and MS OneDrive.

Desirable Attributes:

  • 5+ years of brand management and commercial marketing experience.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a stretched team and expanding portfolio of brands.

Additional Notes:

  • This role covers maternity leave.
  • The team is currently operating with fewer headcounts and increasing business responsibilities due to recent new brand launches.
