Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required
• 7+ years of supply chain experience in a regulated manufacturing setting (pharma or life sciences a plus)
• Previous ERP implementation experience (SAP or similar larger ERP) and advanced Excel skills
• Proven success managing materials, demand planning, and purchasing in fast-paced operations
• Strong communication skills with a hands-on, solutions-driven mindset
