Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing tactics, product launches, trade shows, and digital initiatives tailored to the agriculture sector.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with brand managers, product managers, agronomists, sales teams, creative teams, and external agencies to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Timeline & Budget Management: Develop project timelines, track milestones, and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the development of marketing materials, digital content, and event logistics, ensuring consistency with brand and messaging.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve project delivery across the marketing function.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably within the agriculture or ag-tech industry.
- Strong understanding of agricultural markets, customer segments (e.g., growers, dealers, agronomists), and seasonal marketing cycles (preferred, not mandatory).
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
